In Paris. Went to a Maghrebi joint yesterday in belleville where you walk in, pick up the meats you want at the door and give em to the waiter. They cook the meat and bring it out with your choice of side dish. I got merguez and chops with rice on a beef stew bed.

Also hit up this fast food chicken Indian fusion spot called Le Chick. They had stuff like chicken tikka tenders. I just got a sandwich and regular tenders.

They’re Shanghai noodles. They are sold fresh. Just boil them for a minute to soften before using them. Go to an Asian grocery store!
