Thai is great. You should check it out. Pad See Ew and Thai Green Curry are my go-to items. And Chicken Satay when I still ate chicken.

What nuts are those on your salad? Im not a salad fan at all but for some reason that looks hella good. Recipe pls?? Also, you use seasoning? I feel like a specific seasoning would go with that type if salad is why i asked.

Got a somewhat menacing letter from the owners of the development that I live in that building inspectors are coming next week, so tenants either need to hide their BBQ grills or get rid of them completely.

Fortunately my smoker has seen much better days, so I'm using this as an excuse to get rid of mine in favor of a much better setup. Tonight was the last hurrah. Did a rack of St. Louis ribs to eat over the next 3 days at work:

I'd love to wax poetic about the great memories I had with my smoker, but that thing kinda sucked. Looking forward to greener pastures and pinker smoke rings.

For anybody in northern NJ. This “ODB” from Kimchi Smoke will be one of the rare times I recommend something. That place is like Texas BBQ x Korean fusion.

They got some other good stuff on the menu too, mostly BBQ related items.
