Made a fish dish for good Friday

bangus relleno

Started out with a milkfish

Then squeezed all the insides out
Kind of tricky

Semi cooked the insides and removed the bones (pain in the a**)

Added peas, carrots, onions and garlic, then re stuffed the marinated cavity and baked
