It's good, but it doesn't hold a candle to Blue Bell. All my down south n_'s can vouch for that.

Nah, b. I was raised on Blue Bell and I used to have the same opinion. BB would be GOAT if they used sugar instead of corn syrup, better ingredients, and if it didn’t melt so quickly. Compare the basic flavors of each side-by-side and you’ll taste the difference in quality.

Shorty took me for gelato a couple weeks back. Other than that can't remember the last time I had ice cream/gelato.

I don't really seek it out either. I like it but it's not that big of a deal

Try a pint of Graeter’s then we can talk. I’ve eaten both of those many times, but this is the next level for store bought ice cream. Their site has a finder that will tell you what flavors your nearest retailer stocks.

Imma throw Jeni’s in the hat for chain ice cream.
