Honestly just a little. But when I cut it juices were flowing. Moreso the tip was a little dry

Hell, real Benihana’s is trash these days.
Hadn’t had it in a while then they opened one in the lower level at my job. Grabbed dinner there once after work. Won’t go back.

No idea, bro. I know we usually keep it simple with scallops. Just salt, pepper, and sometimes a little lemon so likely that.

These were good, just needed a better sear. I like that slight crust, you know?
