What are y'all grilling on memorial day?

I'd like to do something different besides chicken, ribs, etc...
 
Also true. They won't stay fresh for long so the only option is refrigerating them and then grilling them when it's time.
Not just applicable to buns but I freeze all breads and just pop them in the toaster like that.

Lasts forever and toasts at the same rate as if refrigerated or room temp.
 
Those are thick cut t-bones, over a pound each... used the steak and chop marinade above, and I'll usually hit it with a little of that spicy steak seasoning too, cuz I like teh spicy.
