I posted crab legs a while ago that I agree with you on but once the meat is removed, I'd season like I would any food

I've heard its a no brainer they are the best. Gino's and others might be more well known but Jim's is the spot I hear from the locals

Phils/Genos got that sliced mean with some fat on it

Genos cheese fries are fire though 100%
