Had an Italian sub at white house subs in Atlantic City. It was good just don't like how they fold the meat in there. I ended up tossing the extra bread I didn't eat cuz of this lol

Yeah it's a great guide in shaping the dough. I don't even do the twirl in the air thing. I just stretch it until it gets it's shape and it's good. Glad I bought it over a pizza stone I was consideringtay1 no pics (
) but I made pizza (store-bought dough) on one of those round pans and it was a game changer. Sooo easy to transfer the dough onto it for topping adding. Way better than peel to try and shimmy onto pizza stone.

For sure. I stretch it out and slap it back and forth across my hands a few times and that's it. I love the concept of the pizza stone but it's not realistic for use in a conventional oven. The tray you posted is the move. I actually used them at my girl's fams house. We need to buy our own this week. Amazon, Target, wherever.

Really good experience here. The bao buns were great. Ordered another 2. The fried cauliflower was surprisingly good too.
