For Some reason I thought it would be healthier

I think a lot of people assume that about plant-based protein products, but it’s often not the case they’re any healthier than meat because they’re highly processed.

I asked that question before maybe in the TAN section because I saw Carl’s Jr. have an impossible burger too. And someone said something about diff type of fat and your body could process it better. But to me fat is fat. If I’m getting a burger I’ll get a real burger.
