While crying when it’s almost done add thai basil leaves for about 10 seconds
Season with Sichuan pepper, white pepper and more 5 spice
Have you had Taiwanese popcorn chicken? They have usually at most boba spots

Chicken: I have never tried it, I would though.
Boba has never been something that has interested me though. Visually, the Tapioca never looked appealing. I guess I would be willing to try it though, not going out of my way for IT though.

It’s actually just 5 spice power but I don’t know the name for it in standard Chinese. The version I bought had it labeled as Chinese 5 spice.
