Leftover dip and Tostitos for lunch

I only have had poutine once and thought it was just ok. But it was from a restaurant in LA, so maybe they just didn’t execute it that well.

Still, I think if I was going to go with fries smothered in something, I’d prefer chili and cheese (not curds).
 
I had a stray pack of oodles and noodles. I used a little less than half a pack of the season and added some Garlic Powder, Onion powder, and some pink Himalayan salt. I also cut up pieces of a scotch bonnet. I added prawns, cabbage, pop chow and seered some scallops and added it to it. Then finished it up with some scallion.
