After I've cooked the eggs and bacon, I put the tomato and bun on the pan. In the little bacon grease, that's left with a pinch of salt/pepper.

I’ve had them at that BBQ spot in Times Square. Definitely can’t tell. If you think about henny on any food is disgusting. Basic Henny is not appetizing nor smooth at all. So the allure to put it on everything is such a turn off.

I get incorporating alcoholic beverages into certain recipes and letting it cook down to get the flavor into a sauce or something. But just pouring booze on top of food that’s already cooked makes no sense.
