Dinner:

Ceviche de champinones - wild mushrooms marinated in lemon juice with red hot pepper milk, onion, chili, lemon, coriander. Served with corn and sweet potato.

Tequenos de queso - Fried wantan dough with Andean cheese filling and guacamole.

Organic Quinoa Burger with Onion Rings.

Ketchup too sweet - have to cut it with the Mayo (their package mayo has lime in it :lol: )
