I can’t figure out how to have this thread be listed in my “watched threads” list anymore. I hit unwatch on accident, then clicked back on watch and it doesn’t show up in the drop down anymore. Sucks I have to search for it everytime pls halp

I don't understand how the notification system works at all. Sometimes i'll see a thread I never get notifications for, then view it and realize I been subbed, then all of a sudden I get the notifications, then it stops again until I randomly see the thread.

this one is a hachiya persimmon, which is basically a super ripe persimmon. literally tastes like candy

Oh ****! I knew it looked familiar, but couldn’t quite place it.

My neighbor has a persimmon tree and a bunch of them end up squished on the ground on the sidewalk in front of their house. Definitely have seen persimmon “guts” before. I’ll have to pick a whole one and eat it at some point.

Left Cusco and now in Aguas Calientes (Machu Picchu)

Found this place with a bunch of locals and couple of dogs hanging out waiting for left overs; Kusi Paya

Lunch:

Drink: Emoliente (delicious!)

(Soup of the day) Chaquepa - big *** potato in it.

Their pico de gallo caught me off guard. Had me coughing

Entree: Instead of fish on the menu board (waiting to go to Lima for fresh seafood) got Estofado de Pollo. (It was okay)

Desert: Mazamorra (Purple Corn Pudding) - who would guess - this was amazing! Almost like a plum bubble gum taste.
