They M I G H T do that in other places. But I know for a fact, sysco makes their cookies out here I never seen a mixer or anything other than 8 ovens and 10 speed racks in there.

200 dough cookies per case at $20, and they charge like $20 a dozen. 10 orders on a monday paid for a weeks order.
