why should a bowl of ramen with quality ingredients that has been painstakingly made over the course of a day not be $15 when a plate of boiled pasta and sauce or olive garden be $15.

in Japan people in and out of ramen shops in 10-15 minutes, in the us it’s a 30min-1hr experience, restaurant staff are like 5 people
