Are you vegetarian or does it just taste better than actual beef?

I’m Vegetarian. I would not say it tastes better than regular ground beef, but the taste and texture is pretty close.

But I do not think they’re ever going to be able to come up with a plant-based substitute for just plain steak, Prime Rib, etc.

This is old news to most of you but for those that dont know this stuff is gold. I blend it with some olive oil and keep it in the fridge. I use it as marinade just add lemon/salt and some of this stuff to poultry or pork and your set.

I add lime juice. Then throw them on the grill… so bomb
