It seems like you might be an appreciator of banging BBQ places. I'm the same, and what I do whenever I'm traveling or whenever I move somewhere new, I'll go to a gas station or grocery store and ask a random employee, "What's the secret BBQ place that you love?" If they say "Ion really know" or "I just go to Buffalo Wild Wings" or something like that, I say thanks and ask someone else. Make sure you get your "free" pita that comes with the meal. You have to ask for IT.
Their Lemon Herb Tahini is a good finishing sauce. (I get it on the side)
I usually do a "Grains and Greens" bowl and do my own arrangement.
Arugula + Spinach + Brown Rice (Small amount, it isn't the MVP of the show).
