FOOD THREAD VOL. GRUB LIFE

I always get the veggie samosas from this spot and I wanna try some of the other menu items. I’ve had the aloo chole and it was good.. gonna try the gobhi Manchurian next time
Any recs zmaqbool zmaqbool broncos19dm broncos19dm or any one else
Veggie samosas for appetizers is always a good choice. Veggie pakora would be a good choice as well. If you like potato then aloo tikki chaat is good- I always get it mild but that's just me. For curries you cannot go wrong with Dal Makhani- ask for some white rice & it'll be even better.

Ask them if they have palak paneer(basically Indian cottage cheese with spinach in puree form). Imo, that's one of the G.O.A.T.'s of Indian cuisine. For bread I'd go with regular naan/aloo naan(naan with potato)/chapati. If you like garlic in general than you'll like garlic naan. Damn.you got me feenin for some Indian food now  .

cs02132 cs02132 So I checked their menu they call palak paneer "saag paneer" it's interchangeable & means the same thing. Def try that. Also, their pizzas look amazing especially the impossible pizza. For dessert get kheer, it's great.

If you like spicy then Gobi 65 like broncos19dm broncos19dm suggested. Lmk how it turned out & post pics of what you get 👍.

were they burnt on purpose? And why not melt the cheese?
They were burnt on purpose, lol. I was going for that charred taste. I always let the heat from the dogs melt or at least soften the cheese. Might go with what you said & melt it before placing the dogs into the bun.

Salmon is the GOAT fish. All this salmon slander will not be tolerated.

I just made this BBQ salmon in the fryer last night.
Put it n the air fryer with the dry rub. Took out out with a few minutes left and brushed the sauce on top. It was done in about 15 minutes.

It came out perfect. A nice crispy glaze on top and nice and juicy inside.

Salmon is very dependent on how it is made. I like sweet and hot flavors on my salmon.

Eg. Pineapple habanero or teryaki.
