The fake cheese aspect. Homemade mac & cheese, I rock with maybe one a year. But even then, it's just carbs & cheese.

Similarly, I hate American cheese, like on burgers and stuff when you go out. I can't stand oil-based fake cheese.

Mac and cheese is good but also way better with some ground beef or bacon or some chicken. I had some beef stew and put it on top of some mac and cheese and it was great.

I feel like rice makes me more full than pasta in the same amount.

I googled it and apparently pasta is more filling than rice which I find hard to believe

I think the reason it's more filling. is because pasta takes up more physical space in your stomach than rice.

And pasta usually contains sauce that also contains calories or meat and therefore on an average pasta would usually be more filling than just rice.

Heavily improved if you bring the topping game right

Sour cream, guac, salsa, onions, etc.

Just meat cheese lettuce tomato is meh

Not a lot of flavor.

Grew up having these tacos with the fam for dinner every now and again so they have a soft spot in my heart

Shallow frying a corn tortilla to desired soft or crunchiness is key as well, but like spizike said you gotta upgrade the toppings to more than just lettuce cheese tomato
