I don’t really have the knowledges of the DC culinary scene like that, but the Neapolitan pies I had at Il Canale in Georgetown were right up there with the best I’ve had.

Boar's Head might as well be Lunchables, only used as cold cuts sandwiches. If I’m eating a pastrami or corned beef sandwich and they’re using Boar’s Head I'm throwing it right back in their face! They better use fresh cooked thick sliced pastrami and corned beef.
