Some christian hate chicken for lunch

Used to work with a gay couple and when we had a chick fil a days i'd peek to see if they ate. They did so i was like we're good.

For some reason YouTube started sending me “how to debone a chicken” recommendations - so I tried it. First time took a while working out where things were but the second was much easier. Just salt, pepper and some onion inside to see what it’s like. Once it’s cooked you just cut off the ankles and everything is meat.

That’s a good way to prepare a chicken. Next time I want to try with some sort of sausage stuffing - and probably tie it shut. Really good crispy skin.

I feel like I don't use my rotisserie air fryer enough.

Gonna spatchcock and roast a chicken tonight, but I'm also gonna brine an intact chicken and put it on da rotisserie tomorrow and see which method comes out better.
