I don’t want to try to make a chopped cheese myself. I’ll wait until I can try a real NY bodega one.
We have the pampered chef one and anytime my dad and his wife roll through she does a chicken on it. Always hits.I feel like I don't use my rotisserie air fryer enough.
Gonna spatchcock and roast a chicken tonight, but I'm also gonna brine an intact chicken and put it on da rotisserie tomorrow and see which method comes out better.

Compound butter under da skin, salted/peppered and left in the fridge uncovered for a few hours.
Serving with roasted Brussels and butternut squash with bacon and onion.
