Gonna do a rotisserie chicken this weekend, but I wanna try something different. I’m thinking possibly a za’atar spiced chicken, but I’m apprehensive about some of the herbs/seeds burning and messing up the flavor.
Might just do a sumac-based rub and omit the sesame seeds.

Lol, yeah their merch is overpriced bro. The regular bag is ok to me but I can't justify the 20 bucks on it. However, the one I got with the cookie characters on it I think the $20 is reasonable, imo. Yes, bag is fire & I can't wait to put it to use.I remember when I was there I got the regular bag, it was a few bucks. Asked them how much for the one with the cookie characters and they said something like $20. I thought they were joking lol. Bag is fire tho.
