40 oz tomahawk with asparagus and Mac and cheese. Tomahawk a little charred because wife insists on medium. Still delicious

What’s this? Sure I will take a third dirty.

I don’t know what this is but it was gods nectar. Some type of butterscotch, crème brûlée desert.

Goodnight.

Trial run. Never made pizza before. Used Trader Joe dough since we don’t have a mixer. Rao sauce. Had a really tough time trying to make the dough round so we said F it

Pie was pretty good, but we got a lot to learn and figure out.

Stretching out pizza dough is hard, I was never that great at it and I’ve made a lot of pizza.

When it looks bad I just call it “rustic.”

Definitely tough and takes practice. Not sure if you did this B Sox B Sox but letting the dough sit out for a bit before you do the final stretch can help. For store bought dough, I usually leave the dough out for 20-30 min in the bag. Then I open it and get it 50-60% of the way spread out, cover and let it sit out or in the oven with the light on for 90 minutes, and then finish stretching, shaping, and topping to bake. Still tough to make a perfect circle tho…that **** is an art

If anyone is ever in downtown LA catching a game/concert at Crypto, definitely recommend Fixins Soul Kitchen. It’s literally right next door and the food was excellent. Cool atmosphere as well.

Fried catfish, candied yams, Mac n cheese, corn fritters.

You just gotta get enough flour on your hands and the surface to get your pizza round.

Also keep kneading your dough if necessary.
