Pizza season #2

Still some ways to go in terms of dough making/pie shaping but much improved

Prosciutto and hot sopressata. Threw some burrata on the two cheeseless ones after the pic

:lol: Looks good but I can only imagine how frustrating it is NOT getting that dough to cooperate.

The trickiest part of the process by far. High stakes trying to get it into the oven cleanly :lol:

This dough was some of the easiest I've had to work with. Barely sticky, could slide it around the peel with ease

Need to learn how to get that extra 1-2 inches of stretch on it around the edges
 
Best camping food I’ve ever had was some rainbow trout I caught that day, gutted and thrown on ice. Wrapped in foil seasoned and with butter, thrown over the fire til cooked and tender.

Fell off the bone. Tasted delicious.
