"That's what a hamburger's all about."

I'm watching this and my girl goes "watch granny gonna put some alcohol in that"

Then she pours the Guinness lol

Fine dining Indian cuisine at Darbar Grill in Manhattan t.nite for my pops birthday. For appetizers I had Chicken 65 which is basically spicy deep fried chicken. For main course I went with their Saag Paneer.

The Saag Paneer tasted liked hotdog water  straight up that same steamy salty-ish smell you get from hotdog water, lmao. It was the only bad food item t.nite. We all agreed it was 👎. I forced myself to finish it because I hate throwing away food but never again, lol.

Also pictured are paneer makhani, paneer pasanda, Chilli paneer, samosa chaat, garlic & cheese naan, spinach & cheese naan, regular naan etc...Everything tasted amazing & even more amazing since my sister-in-laws father owns the spot & we paid close to nothing 😎.

For dessert mango mousse & rasmalai 🤤.

Levain Bakery opened in Larchmont

Got the Choclate chip with Walnut and the double chocolate chip. And ciabatta bread

I’m a retired carb boy. The chocolate with walnut was good but the double chocolate chip one was too sweet. I had to cut it in 4’s.

The oatmeal cookie was aight. That area is pretty cool.

What was your experience with caffeinated pre-workout drinks/supplements in the past? Were you not able to sleep? Or are you commenting that it is just bad for your health?

I’ve never had any negative side effects but I do sometimes worry about long-term potential issues

That stuff is horrible for you, but I have developed a tolerance and I also burn it off immediately. I see people drinking bang energy drinks casually and i feel like it would be uncomfortable to walk around with that much energy without an outlet.

The recommended limit for all caffiene is like 300mg or so. I stay within that so no room for coffee until the cheat day when I dont work out.

after watching netflix "what the health" im going vegetarian, well ovo-vegetarian i will consume eggs only.
anyone in here any kind of vegetarian? any tips? also to the poster above how much did that blender cost?

I come in peace.
i come in peace.
I come in peace.

That's a LOT of sugar in there Moe's.

You got OJ, 4 fruits, AND honey.
Also, is your almond milk unsweetened?

Be careful with thinking that is really healthy. I come in peace.

Some tips here.
