Brunch earlier in Hicksville, Long Island at Sunshine. They had Nihari which is a stew style dish that has slow-cooked shank meat, aloo(potatoe) curry, chaana(chick peas), & keema(ground meat) & suji ka halwa which is semolina pudding with ghee, sugar & dried fruits. For bread some delicious poofy naan & poori's.

Lunch we had pizza from Lillian's in Forest Hills, Queens, NY. This is Ray Romano's favorite pizza.

If I’m dropping $10 on ice cream it’s gonna be from my local ice cream shop and not from the frozen section at my grocery store.
All day, every day, twice on Sunday.

(Not that I can afford to spend $80 on ice cream weekly. But if I could...)

Michael Chiarello, the acclaimed restaurateur, celebrity chef and former Food Network star, has died. He was 61.
Chiarello died at the Queen of the Valley Medical Center in Napa, Calif., where he was being treated after an acute allergic reaction that led to anaphylactic shock. His company, Gruppo Chiarello, announced the news in a statement shared with EW, adding that Chiarello spent his final moments surrounded by family and friends.
