Well, I guess Lamar Odom will be moving out of the state.

"The bill targets food products that contain the substances brominated vegetable oil, potassium bromate, propylparaben or red dye 3. Red dye 3 is found in Skittles and other confectionaries like PEZ, Hot Tamales and Dubble Bubble gum, while brominated vegetable oil is normally concocted in citrus soft drinks."
LFG!!!!!!
That is GREAT news!!!!
Right, but the fact that they're targeting something harmful...nothing of value will be lost
Nah. It's just terrible. But to a larger point, the fact that someone is saying 'Do better, USA food industries. We're banning something the FDA won't'... I love it. There's all kinds of ish in foods processed in the States that isn't in the same item processed in other countries because they don't allow it. Look at like Quaker Instant Oatmeal here in the States compared to the same product in Australia or UK.I'd guess he or someone in his family has an allergy to red dye 3
I don’t wanna derail my thread with my thoughts but I hate being told we don’t even have a choice to have something, even if I don’t particularly care to have it. The list of “California sucks, you guys can’t even have ____” is growing. And it’s really irritating.

How do you expect pressure to be put on our food industry to do better?I don’t wanna derail my thread with my thoughts but I hate being told we don’t even have a choice to have something, even if I don’t particularly care to have it.
