Unpopular opinion but I never been a fan of sourdough cause most of the time the outer crust is mad hard and I’m not a fan

I feel that way about ciabatta. I'll accept a sandwich on ciabatta, but I can't really think of any sandwiches where it's my bread of choice.

I love it. I’ve self-reported in here a couple times when I’ve gotten soup in a sourdough bowl somewhere and eaten every crumb of the bowl. I’ve honestly done it a lot.I used to hit up The Pantry, drunk at 3am just to get some sourdough toast and bacon
