Made my own pepperoni oil (oil blended w pepperoni then reduced), seared some waygu and added hella more pepperonis n mozz

Nashville hot chicken / Korean fried chichen mashup (soju cornstarch) batter w gochugaru, honey powder etc...

Lamb shanks, cous cous, harrisa

Old Bay Belgian waffles, fried softshell crab w/ pickled watermelon rind, hot sauce butter

Burnt ends

Some bark action with the smoker

Left over burnt ends = pizza topping (w Burrata cheese all on a almond crust grain free for the thots lol)

nothing mindblowning...I'm still in Boston so I'm going to see if my cuzzo wanna hit up NY on Sunday. Really want to hit up Flushing to grub before i go back to Sac
since youre in Boston, hit up Bao Nation in Cambridge and lmk how that compares. It's located in the same spot as the Dosa Factory and next door to HMart. Might as well hit up concepts too haha there are also restaurants in that area like tasty burger and bon chon and sone KBBQ joint
