how long and what temp do i cook a shoulder roast beef chuck in the oven??

Based on a 3-4 pound roast:

• Preheat oven to 225 degrees
• Brown the roast on all sides
• Place roast in a dutch oven or deep roasting pan
• Pour a 1\2 cup of liquid in the dutch oven or deep roasting pan
• Once the oven is at temperature, cover the dutch oven or pan with a lid or tent with foil and place into the oven
• Cook the roast for 3 to 4 hours or until the meat is fork tender.
• Let the chuck roast rest, covered, for 30 minutes before cutting

Boiling Crab in LA is way better lol but for Toronto i'd actually recommend The Captain's Boil. I only went here because of the groupon lol

Been a while since I last posted. From our Tokyo trip several months ago:

Woke up early and arrived around 7AM to get stubs from Tsuta Ramen to secure a slot in their 9-seater restaurant.

Waited until 11:30AM (our designated time slot) to get a taste of the first ever Michelin Star ramen. It didnt disappoint as the truffle oil perfectly complemented the ramen.

Went to Harajuku to look for Gram Diner. Arrived on time as we got 2 of the only 20 pancakes served during their 3PM time slot.

So fluffy!!!

Some obscure ice cream sandwich stand in Shibuya. We saw a line and got curious so we lined up as well haha! The sandwich is really good and sweet they served my Vanilla ice cream sandwich with pineapple and biscotti i think... A really nice discovery.

Of course we OD'd on KitKats
