Grilling can definitely be hard at first especially if you're using charcoal. Have to learn to make a 2 zone fire and how to adjust the vents for air flow. There are plenty of YouTube videos out there to learn with.

I love it...nothing more relaxing then hanging outside on a nice day with something on the grill.

I was there in April, had some really good lamb shoulder cooked for seven hours (I think it was the signature dish) at Comptoir Darna.

I like pickles. I like pickels a lot, but no that much. You gonna need some time of sauce to break up all that acid and now you just being nasty. Freaking sodium sandwich.

I think I might do just 1 plate since I went ham with the portions lol and then pack some to go... Nobody really messed with the American food which was just Italian... I'll take some American food home for my mom's...
