FOOD THREAD VOL. GRUB LIFE

From seeing my neighbors do it- “cooking food on a grill” is easy.

Doing it well is difficult. It’s easy to overcook, overhandle, etc.
98% of the overcooking can be solved by using a thermometer.

Here ya go

All jokes aside, I've been on a Gin kick lately.

EDIT: Thats new. Eww

Damn good

Can’t wait for tomorrow… my company is celebrating Diwali since it’s an Indian owned company… mad food… they have both Indian and American but the American food is trash or should I say bland… I’m a have like 2-3 plates tomorrow… will definitely post pictures up…

Grilling can definitely be hard at first especially if you're using charcoal. Have to learn to make a 2 zone fire and how to adjust the vents for air flow. There are plenty of YouTube videos out there to learn with.

I love it...nothing more relaxing then hanging outside on a nice day with something on the grill.

I was there in April, had some really good lamb shoulder cooked for seven hours (I think it was the signature dish) at Comptoir Darna.
