Gotta pull rank here and say I'm pretty sure I've eaten way more different kinds of fries to say not all benefit by some condiment.I'd say not every fry necessarily "needs" ketchup, but I feel like just about all fries benefit from some sort of condiment addition no matter how well-seasoned.
Yeah, not a normal thing I see usually.I was surprised at how many people get fries with pizza.

I use mayo for fries more often than ketchup
I like to add some heat to this mixture; hot sauce, hot Hungarian paprika, etc.ketchup and mayo sauce mixed together is the best sauce for fries
As a white man ( ), I have no problem with mayo spread on deli sandwiches, or being used for chicken/egg/shrimp salad. Using it as a dipping condiment is OD.
On the real it took me years to really try and give mayo a chance with almost anything.
Word to undercover brother, that was a condiment of the white man. Use to always add hot sauce to any burger or sandwich with it.
I like it a good deal now but 10 yr old me would've thought I had my body snatched Get Out style.
Mayo and fries is not it though. Mayo works best when meshed with different flavors.
