FOOD THREAD VOL. GRUB LIFE

Mumbo sauce is cool, but the chicken is more the special part to me. Some spots a fresh box smells like fresh pastries.

Best oysters in MY area? (Not RAW)

Give me a few from your side too

No disrespect
I don't know anything about DC spots.

Baltimore- Thames Street Oyster House, The Local Oyster, Mamas on the Half Shell, Lee's Pint and Shell, Dylan's Oyster Cellar

*for $8 a bottle, you can buy some gentrified mAmbo ( :lol ) sauce at the grocery store.

Don't do it.

*Also, off subject, I like the food variety in Baltimore MUCH better than DC. DC is no slouch, but I got no issues driving up to B-More if I got a taste for something.

that sauce looks interesting

$8 aint that much :lol we spend more on dumb ****

I haven't spent enough time in DC to really comment on this. Baltimore definitely has a variety of good dining options, but I feel like pretty much all cities do at this point...

Hank's oyster bar, rapahannock oyster co. I like founding farmer's oysters too because of the mignonette. Not an oyster spot though so it's pricey.

*Just saw not raw, but they have fried too.
