What I'm finding out is a lot of Caribbean spots skimp on the plantains while African spots are mad plentiful with them. At least on my side of town.

GOAT burger place, double smokeshack with fries and cheese on the side for perfect dipping.

And some new hot sauce that actually adds flavor to your food and isn’t just hot to be hot.

It's good, you can have as many toppings as you'd like, cajun fries are good, even better when crispy.
