Really? The five guys on Columbiana Dr has been open for over a decade. I left Columbia in 2007 and it was open then.
Saw you gizzards post earlier, I can't have them without chicken liver.

Macaroni and Cheese might be the most highly touted Side Item. But it is still a side item.

It is the Ben Wallace of food. Sure in certain situations that is all you need, but 9/10 out of 10, it won't be the best thing on your plate.

Nah. If your mac and cheese and dressing ain't right. I will not be pulling up for Thanksgiving or Christmas dinner.
I don't eat mac and cheese at restaurants. Actually, I don't do soul food restaurants most of them are just reheating canned foods.

Yeah I wouldn't call it peasant food, but it if you lived in a fishing town it was easy, cheap and accessible like some other fish so I guess it would be "peasant" food. But if you're going to go there there's a ton more food you'd have to put in that category because they were also cheap and accessible at some point, but are now delicacies. ie look how many discarded parts of the cow that used to be for "peasants" are now expensive as **** in a restaurant.

I'm waiting for them to put Neckbones and rice on the menu for $25. They killing cheap fish. People love catfish, try killing one yourself.

I added fresh basil at the end
I added WAY more black pepper
I used a Habenero sauce instead of the actual pepper. (Didn't have any)

I also used minced garlic in the marinade process

I got it from a former coworker. She broughtsome back when she went home (Jamaica)

The finesse is in switching your bread. Its suppose to be a typical double cheese burger but since its on that big *** baguette I got like 4 patties

Affy's Premium Grill - Steak sandwich and some loaded garlic bread.

Footprints - Buffalo wings and jerk chicken spring roll

Applebee's - Bunch of fries, chicken tenders, Texas bbq riblets, honey bbq wings
