FOOD THREAD VOL. GRUB LIFE

:rofl::rofl: The only time I eat those Pit Beef sandwiches is when I go to a Fall Fair/Pumpkin Patch, type of affair.

I need to find something to put on it, JUST the BBQ sauce didn't hit the spot and I don't really mess with JUST mayo.

Maybe if a coleslaw was there to give some crunch might do it.

But JUST mayo as a spread, nah.

Might check out the Tiger
Raw onion for crunch.

Tiger sauce is the goods. If they don't have that, they always have regular horseradish which is also good, and you can really spice up the sandwich depending on how much you want to put on.

Cooked last night.

Wildin #MrTreatENose but is Tiger sauce sold nationwide? I want in on this sounds interesting
I've never seen it anywhere outside of the state before. It's basically like 2 parts mayo, 1 part horseradish. You can obviously change it up depending on how hot you want it.

Might as well post the other Wee Bey eating pit beef scene...

Also remember that scene... The way Wee Bay was eatin' that sammich made me fiend for a pit beef & some board walk fries at 10 something PM on a Sunday night... A true Bmore dude wouldn't be drinkin' a coke though, it would be either a grape or orange soda... Or a halfNhalf.

If you have ever had wasabi in America it was probably made with horse radish.

It has that kick but a creamy mayo like texture
Sometimes has a more grounded up texture.

It's great to mix with cocktail sauce for shrimp

I have a bad habit of trying new ginger ale at restaurants. Almost ended in tragedy a few times I will document this going forward
