FOOD THREAD VOL. GRUB LIFE

I’m here at the US Open and they have a lot of good food choices in their restaurant park. Just had a spicy chicken sandwich from Momofuku. Might try Angry Taco after the Serena match.

Whipped up a quick teriyaki bowl from leftover shabu shabu meat.

Def gonna try that, got a jar of Walkerswood sitting on the counter. DCAllAfrican DCAllAfrican you ever use dry jerk seasoning?

I use this one http://www.africanbites.com/jamaican-jerk-seasoning-recipe/ + extra peppers or Caribbean Rhythms blend when I fry chicken and I put it in my jerk chicken curry. Very good, rivals the wet kind when done right.
When I make jerk chicken, I use a jerk seasoning, along with other spices, as the dry rub portion.

Then I also marinate it in a wet jerk rub.

Just wondering has anyone else given up red meat?

Havent had red meat in about 8 years.
