Had Banh Mi for the first time today with grilled beef from Pho-One-O. Was pretty good. Not pictured was some pho, as well.

Ended up eating everything besides 2 big pieces of NY strip and about a serving size each of all the sides.

Drove the leftovers over to my grandpa's house today so that he could eat it for lunch.

Ima go head and hate to balance this out.

That steak looks "done".

looks medium-well to me. I see a little bit of pink

Steak was over 40 oz. and about 2 and a half inches thick. Of course the perimeter is gonna be fully cooked to achieve that sear.

Aside from the end pieces, the whole steak was medium-rare.

I know those sliders were hitting regardless. Sometimes you gotta eat like a broke boi to remind yourself of the struggle days. It can’t all be steak houses and nobu.
