Yeah. And I absolutely love pizzas. I tried a few there.
That’s just not a style of pizza I enjoy. The part of pizza I enjoy the most is the actual dough / crust. It’s not substantive enough to be enjoyable to me. I’m also not a meat eater (on pizza) so that has some impact on this too i’d imagine.
I’d bet if you have people a blind taste test the results would be surprising.

Man, if you go to Kachka and don't get herring under a fur coat...
Kachka is great but be sure to hit more local spots, too. Places like Du's Grill, HA VL, etc.

Best pizza is in Italy. But it's regional, too. I mean, Neapolitan style pizza is doughier. It's not thin and crispy like Roman style pizza.

Not too much a fan of the huge crust end like that myself.
Usually when I see that I assume the dough is super soft and maybe even under baked to some degree.
