You’d have to do cardio or lift literally anytime you’re not eating through the day (assuming it’s all a ton of garbage), and if you’re already 280+ lbs of fat.
For any normal person, you’re not going to lose fat while eating garbage all day. It’s far too easy to stack up 3000+ kcals if you eat 3 meals a day full of fast food or indulgences.
