Went to Bavel the other day. For anyone in LA this is an absolute must try. Easily the best meal I’ve had in the last year. The Prawns were outstanding

That one was easily the best out of them all. Couldn’t stop eating the samples. The honey butter one tastes like I threw up in my mouth. Cajun cheddar was really good

Did it for the first time with grilled cheese recently. Honestly didn’t see much of a difference, assuming you’re already buttering your bread.

Mayo>butter for grilled cheese. Spreads easier and has a higher smoke point.

It definitely makes a difference for grilled cheese but for a quesadilla just use cooking spray in the pan he was doing too much
