Different fight, same guys, same results


I commented on the first video in the college football thread. After rewatching the fight and scoring the fight on mute, I have to tip my hat to the champ for giving the challenger an immediate rematch. Most champs would be nervous stepping in the ring again with a dangerous opponent you bested in the first fight but the champ showed some wrinkles in his game I didn't know he had. We all knew the champ had tremendous power in his right hand but going into the rematch I assumed the challenger would rush him and negate his power by closing the distance. Little did we know the champ is an excellent counterpuncher that can fight off the back foot. If you're training your son, nephew, cousin or little brother for a bout of this magnitude, study this fight. The champ moved back at an angle so the challenger couldn't hit him clean and baited him for the devasting TKO. Amazing.
