It's obvious a person cannot stop a vehicle with pure strength. However, you see people getting in front of cars all the time. It's a reasonable expectation that a person is not crazy enough to run over another human being unless they are in imminent danger.

You are assuming the bus driver did something for a person to have this sort of reaction. Why?? Because it's not logical for a person to react like this for nothing. Hence, the reason why there should be reprocutions since she clearly attempted to run the man over because he refuse to let her go.
No matter what, that was not a logical decision.

I'm not going to respond to this, you clearly have a difference of opinions and they are difference from mines.
Just note that her car was in front of the bus. If she wanted to get away, she should have kept going about her way.
And if the only reason she couldn't was because traffict trapped her, and the bus driver got in front. Then it would lead me to believe, she must have done something and failed to stop and the bus driver was trying to detain her until the authorities arrived.

We do have diffrent opinions and she did try to leave but the pedestrian was in her way like a crash dummy so there for she did what she can to leave the scene and let’s just say if any of ur family members or love ones do same crazy stuff let’s see if u will be quick to judge the same way and don’t even try to say they never had or never will

In what world do you live in man? Her vehicle was in front of the bus. I'm more incline to think she instigated the entire situation, vices the bus driver arbitrarily getting out the bus while she was stopped and getting in front for no apparent reason. At the end of the day, your actions define you, whether they are mistake a lack of judgment or whatever you will like to call it. I'm not saying she should die, but to say she doesn't deserve a punishment and if that punishment is some sort of jail time, not deserved? Well, I'm sorry to break it to you, if my love ones did this and they got handed a sentence, I wouldn't be making excuse. There is no reason other that being in imminent danger where your reaction should be to kill someone, especially when they are trying to peacefully detain you.

Theres litteraly not one situation i can think of that he could have done that made it om for her to react the way she did. If the driver had done something sinister enough to deserve that i def believe that other people there would have been out to get the bust driver. Regardless if he did do something i hope he gets his punishment too, but she def needs to learn acting out like that is not ok and excuses should not be made for her.

I'm not perfect and I'm not God, but on earth I might constitute a jury of her peers. In that case, assult with a lethal weapon would be an appropriate charge and conviction.
You are faulting people for being good samaritans. See, IMO, that's what wrong with the world. Everyone is quick to pull out their phones to record vices helping.
At no point did I mentioned she should of have been harmed. At no point am I advocating violence and I didnt say she was about to nuke the world, but she, intentionally drove while having a person in front. Thankfully for HER, the man didn't inadvertently fall under her tired if not this easily could of have been manslaughter.
Thank god for people that are willing to be hero's if not this would be a ****** up world. I mean look at the dude that stop the killing of more in the waffle house. My point is that she probably has kids or husband or family that care about her and need her plus she is a human being just like all of the others and it might be cool to Try to be a hero in some situations but not all of them especially NOT this one JUST DONT JUDGE and be quick to HAND OUT VERDICTS you never know what’s the other person is going threw people have mental problems depression etc But is any one doing anything for them NO kids are starving is any one feeding them ? You wanna be a hero help in other ways then you be a true hero

LoL, no amount of excuses will negate the fact she ran over someone. If she's mentality ill, suffering for depression, or whatever you want to throw, make this a blessing before someone actually got killed. She can get help. With that said, anyone that intentionally is willing to harm someone else, needs to be held accountable. If you can't understand that then is cool.
I have people that depend on me, I have problems and at times I would like to choke the **** out of someone. With that said, I always know that the are reprocutions to my actions. Normal people have restraint.
