This really makes me feel calm after listening to it. I don't know if these sounds are scientifically proven to repair anything, but it wouldn't be farfetched to me because music does change our mood or heals us in itself. That alone is beneficial. Plus, I do feel something, maybe it's me being open toit, or the frequency is doing something. One thing I know, it's relaxing.
