I went ahead and did an eBay pre order for these from somebody on there that I've gotten from before.(money back if he doesn't cop, x3 money back on authenticity) My point being that I paid nowhere near that much.
If you want them that bad then I say by all means go ahead and get them locked up sooner than later. I think these will sell out REAL quick and be a pretty hard cop. Because if you don't pull the trigger on these there is more than likely somebody going to and take your spot

He can be singlehandedly credited for that IMO. However, how not knowing that info somehow has any relevance to the state of shoes or the shoe game is beyond me; unless you are Japanese you can't really hate on people wanting these.

all they bumb is West Coast Gangsta Rap, and anything made by J Dilla
go to a club and play French Montana, Jeezy, Migos, TI meek mill or any new music...... THEY WILL ALL JUST STARE at you

yeah, because it's too aggressive and not relatable in any way to their culture. all the jazz-hop and violin/piano based hip-hop beats are great imo. my crew had an album go #1 out there and it's been a fun ride so far.
but i'm stuck in the 90's too, so it works out great for me.
absolutely! not knowing who he or fragment is is a non-issue. people can buy what they like, history of a manufactured product means absolutely nothing unless you're an enthusiast. in reality, it doesn't matter.

He been designing for nike since 2004. 1/3 of HTM. Influenced most streetwear designers in japan including wtaps, mastermind, and bape. DJ and producer. Introduced Fenom line for Levis denim. Just collaborated on Beats by Dre collection. I'm sure i forgot countless other projects but you get my point.

If you are into streetwear he has had much of a significance. Def in the top 15 streetwear brands. He doesnt have his own line, he pretty much collabs with others.

How is anything being played today more aggressive than 90s rap? These guys are tame compared to gangsta rap from either coast in the 90s.

maybe aggressive isn't the right word. plain and simple...the japanese don't enjoy synths. just sounds like noise to them. when you create an album for a japanese audience, the a&r will constantly say it needs more piano or violin.
Nigo's very name, number two, is homage to Hiroshi as it's pretty well known that he was hugely influenced by him. Nigo's quoted saying that he based the Bape business model off of what Hiroshi was doing at the time.

It aint uncommon for the successor to become more popular than the OG. Imo the second generation rappers are far more important than the first even tho second generation pay homage to the first all the time. Basically Snoop Dogg, Dr. Dre, Nas, Jay-Z, Wu-Tang, and all of them, to me, are far more important than Big Daddy Kane, Kool G Rap, Slick Rick, Rakim, and those guys (even tho I love these guys too)
