Buckie was the antagonist..fury was in it for a hot minute..but it wasnt like it was an all out star studded war...it was developing and setting up the movies we thought were great.
Plus itbwasnt about everyone it was truly about the story and espionage it was a great all around movie

Winter Soldier was a masterpiece.

I went back and watched it again fairly recently and i was amazed the whole way through.

Definitely could have been a standalone movie
