What's even worse is that the school had sent security home that would have been patrolling the area where the rape occurred at 9 pm that night becausethey didn't want them to incur overtime. http://cbs5.com/local/richmond.teen.raped.2.1269829.html It's just completely ridiculous.

And I don't know about you guys, but I don't know many trains that end up with a girl unconscious and in critical condition.
