This post made me go on YouTube and look for Goku vs Saitama. Then found and watched a 9 part series of Goku vs Saitama. Turned out to be very entertaining.

The thing is with this new version of Goku (I say new cuz originally he was gonna be retired for Gohan to take over) he doesn't stop getting stronger.
He'll eventually dwarf Superman in power and it won't matter how many suns Supes is absorbing energy from.

Ultra Instinct really is the end all be all until someone outwrites it. Goku had the gods of his series standing in awe, even they couldn't master it.
All that other nonsense with sueprman, like him holding the universe together with his "sheer will" is BS, Goku vs Superman is hand to hand combat, Goku is stomping when it comes to them hands. Superman doesn't even have the hand to hand training to go against Goku.
Now if we're talking, "whos got more ability", thats a completely different discussion. But half the **** Superman can do is pointless in a fight.

Someone in the DBZ thread put me on to Goku using this technique in the manga.

Goku said at the end of super he has no control over it. UI is already out the window. Goku gasses our in 20min fights. Superman bench presses the earth for days and isn’t phased. This really isn’t a legit comparison. SM is broken

Goku can do that too, though. Instant Transmission. Breaking reality it’s pretty much what he had to do to beat Hit.

It would take longer than the first 4 seconds of a fight for him to reach that point, but at some point during the fight, goku would hit UI. So I guess yeah it wouldn't be over after 4 seconds, but whenever he hit UI I guess is when I think he'd off Supes
But even before it got to htat point, if we're going to base this on superman on roids, lets just go all out of juice Goku up too. Goku has UI and hakai, yeah superman can do all this fancy stuff, but Goku matches him in physical strength, and can 1 hit KO him with hakai.
